STATE-OF-THE-ART COFFEE PROCESSING PLANT, TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL

Over the last four decades we have made considerable investments in our creation and production facilities. Our coffee is crafted at our state-of-the-art coffee facilities that accommodate a green coffee pre-cleaning system; unique to Greece and the wider Balkan region.

The company also operates two full production lines that have the capability to expedite the complete roasting to packaging process. Our cutting-edge roasters with capacities of 120kg and 300kg respectively, roast the coffee to within an accuracy of 1oC. Final roasted coffee is packaged from fully automated production lines capable of working with all formats; boxed and palletted by robotic systems and final checks completed using an x-ray system.

The facility produces a wide range of espresso and filter coffees. Espresso is produced in all its forms: bean, ground, tablet and capsule. Our highly skilled team embraces the philosophy of constant and total quality control including; rigorous research, development and testing (cupping) through to final quality checks before our coffee is shipped to our customers.
