Since we set out on our coffee journey we’ve recognised the professional and amateur’s need for organised, consistent and reliable technical support to ensure optimal maintenance and operation of coffee machines.
Today Kafea Terra’s technical support is provided by 16 experienced, specialised technicians trained by internationally renowned experts.
We represent leading brands of professional equipment: La Marzocco, Faema, Mazzer, DIP coffee grinders, and Orchestrale espresso machines.
Τhe service department is an innovation that has singled our Company out as a leader in terms of the comprehensive support it has been offering professionals and amateurs alike for more than 30 years.
We have been constantly developing this part of our journey through ongoing research and investment in technological, financial and human resources, placing care for the professionals every need at the very core of what we do.
The service is available 7 days a week with 4 mobile units in Athens and 3 in Thessaloniki which call at customer premises. Yet, we provide vocational technical training to all our distributors across the country to effectively support café owners and provide service to domestic coffee machines.
