Kafea Terra strictly adheres to and implements a comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Management System, developed in accordance with the IFS V.8.
This particular standard is recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) and belongs to the highest scale of food safety, imposing more demanding requirements and production procedures.
It covers all stages of the production process — from roasting, grinding, and packaging to rigorous final product inspections.

It is a dynamic and continuously evolving system, focused on safety and the improvement of processes at every stage of the supply chain.

KAFEA TERRA produces ‘Bio’ and ‘Organic’ coffee for its own brands as well as for numerous private labels.
