We choose the very best coffee varieties from Brazil, Ethiopia, India, Guatemala, Colombia and Nicaragua. We evaluate important parameters such as: suitable climate conditions, seasonality, harvests and production methods to ensure we receive select green coffee beans with a stable quality.
For that reason we travel to the places where coffee is cultivated, devoting time with our partners on the farms. From the beginning and continuously, we develop and strengthen ties with our suppliers, with whom we share common values and the same passion for quality and stability.

The fully equipped green coffee laboratory is our passport to our search for excellent quality ingredients. There, skilled staff analyse the samples of coffee taken from coffee farms in Central and South America, Africa and Asia.
This is where our team of experts meets work out the identity of each batch, to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics and to formulate the taste profile. An exciting, detailed process in visual and taste analysis.
The laboratory procedure is carried out systematically for each variety of coffee and is repeated when the ingredients are delivered so we can ascertain they are related to the original sample.
