COFFEE TRAINING

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) fosters a global coffee community and supports activity to make specialty coffee a thriving, equitable, and sustainable activity throughout the entire value chain.

The SCA Coffee Skills Program (CSP) is a modular, skills-based training program designed to prepare learners to gain more success in their career while contributing to the progress and evolution of the specialty coffee industry.

The program consists of five different modules (Barista skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting & Sensory Skills) and one introductory course. Each module is offered at three different levels of knowledge and skills: Foundation, Intermediate and Professional.
