‘Introduction to Coffee’ is an ideal module for those who are new to the coffee industry or just interested in this wonderful beverage. From fruit growing, selection, roasting and coffee brewing, this module provides an overview of the coffee value chain.

You can take this course for your own pleasure, but it can also be the opportunity to launch a coffee-related career; the variety of topics covered, makes it a great way to get an overview of the different paths you may take.

It includes an internship and an online “written” exam (20 questions with a required success rate of 60%).

Successful completion of this course is worth 10 points for the SCA Coffee Diploma.
