Kafeaterra Experiential Training on serving customers with disabilities

As part of our training initiatives for coffee professionals, we are organizing two sessions focused on accessibility and inclusion for individuals with visual, hearing, and mobility disabilities.
The sessions will be conducted by both disabled and non-disabled trainers from the Black Light team.

Start Time: 10:00 a.m.
Duration: 2.5 hours
Maximum number of participants: 25 people
Participation: Free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis
Participation requirement: 1 business owner per business

Participants will have the opportunity to:

∙ Learn service techniques for blind, deaf, and mobility-impaired customers
∙ Take part in experiential role-reversal exercises
∙ Analyze real customer service cases from food service establishments
∙ Gain knowledge about accessibility tools and technologies
